1. Return Policy

• You may request a return within 1 business day of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the usage instructions.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos or a video showing the issue.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from us or due to a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

2. Exchange Policy

• You may request a product exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
• In cases of manufacturing defects, we will cover all shipping costs.
• Used or damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for exchange.

3. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items

As per Saudi eCommerce law, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Perishable products during the allowed period.
• Health or personal care items once opened.
• Customized or modified items made to your request.
• Services already delivered such as installation, programming, or activation.
